These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to Freshframe, the mobile game and website ("Service"), made available by Freshframe ("we", "us", "our"). This is a legally binding contract between us and you ("user", "you") regarding the use of the Service. BY ACCESSING OR USING FRESHFRAME, YOU CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL OTHER APPLICABLE POLICIES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
PROPRIETARY AND USE RIGHTS
We and our partners own everything related to Freshframe—its name, trademarks, logos, templates, images, and all the code and data you see or access through the Service (collectively, the "Content"). We control the Service, and anything not explicitly granted to you under these Terms stays with us. You acknowledge that using the Service doesn't transfer any ownership, title, or interest in our intellectual property to you. As long as you follow these Terms, we let you access, use, display, and view the Service strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment. That's it.
USE RESTRICTIONS
You can't modify, copy, reproduce, re-edit, republish, display, encode, translate, transmit, upload to external servers, send, post, distribute, or otherwise use the Content on the Service. That's the baseline. You're allowed to export certain frames for personal, non-commercial use. To do that you need to keep all copyrights and proprietary notices in the Content, show where it came from, not modify anything, and not publicly perform or distribute it commercially without our permission. Any other use requires written approval from us. You also agree not to let anyone use the Service (including outputs from it) in ways that break the law or these Terms, including intellectual property, data, privacy, recording, electronic communications, advertising, securities, export and data protection laws. Don't scrape data or access materials through methods we didn't intentionally provide. And don't do anything that disrupts, compromises, or damages the Service or prevents other users from enjoying it.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES
Freshframe links to third-party websites and social networks ("External Sites"). We don't control them, and we're not responsible for their content or what's on them. You're on your own when you visit External Sites—take whatever precautions you need. Those sites have their own rules, so it's your job to read and follow them.
FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS
We'd like hearing what you think about Freshframe and our work. But here's the thing: don't send feedback unless you're okay with us keeping it. If you do send comments, suggestions, ideas, materials, or feedback about the Service ("Feedback"), you're giving it to us unconditionally and forever. We can use it however we want without paying you or asking permission. You're also responsible for making sure your feedback is legal, accurate, and actually yours.
PRIVACY
Any personal information you share with us through the Service is covered by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
CHANGES
We can change things whenever we want. That includes modifying, suspending, or shutting down the Service or parts of it. We can also modify the Service itself and any policies or terms. Maintenance and fixes might mean interruptions.

The Service is meant to be a frame editor and creative tool. We try hard to make it accurate and functional, but it might be incomplete, have errors, be outdated, or be inaccurate at any time. Check things with another source or contact us before you rely on anything. THE SERVICE AND CONTENT COME AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE. WE'RE NOT PROMISING IT'S ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT WE'LL FIX DEFECTS. YOUR USE MAY NOT GIVE YOU THE RESULTS YOU WANT. ALL INFORMATION CAN CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We're not liable for how you retain, use, or share any information, content, or communication through the Service. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
SOME JURISDICTIONS DON'T ALLOW CERTAIN CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION CLAUSES. IF YOUR LOCATION IS ONE OF THEM, SOME OR ALL OF THIS MIGHT NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms replace any earlier agreement, representation, warranty, or contract you had with us about this subject. They bind you, your heirs, executors, administrators, and legal representatives. If a court says any part is void or unenforceable, we'll read and enforce it to the maximum extent allowed while keeping the original intent. The rest of the Terms stay in effect. We don't waive our rights just because we didn't act on your breach. Nothing here creates rights for third parties. You can't assign or transfer your rights and obligations under these Terms. We can assign or transfer ours without asking you.
